Nitrome’s popular flash based title which has been picked up by Rovio called Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage has set sail for the Android market. The exact date of arrival is still ambiguous as the announcement trailer only says “Coming Soon” to keep the mystery going.
As of now Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage is online as a flash game as well as on Apple products and has received many awards and high rankings. Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage is a simple slicing puzzle game where you need to hack and slash ice, rope, and whatever to get your crew back to the ship in 95 action packed levels.
While Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage was originally based on the popular flash title it has since been updated and expanded to include a host of new features. These include side quests, boss battles (yes in a puzzle game), special powers you can use to help you out and secrets to find. So the wait is finally over…well almost as this great series will eventually be out on Android and don’t worry we’ll keep you posted on the status of Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage.
