Posted on Twitter today by NetherRealm Studios is the announcement that the mobile counterpart to their popular Injustice: Gods Among Us video game is heading to Android this fall. The mobile iteration is simply being referred to as Injustice Mobile and is already out on iOS as a free-to-play model.
Injustice Mobile is an interesting counterpart app to the full console game as it offers touchscreen based fighting that allows you to unlock features in the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions. You are able to unlock costumes and other bonus content by playing Injustice Mobile. It has been mentioned that for the Android version might go the pay route effectively eliminating the in-app purchases that the iOS version have but it is more likely the Android version will follow the same business model. The in-app purchases for Injustice Mobile allows you to unlock various characters and generally speed up everything. So if you’re a fan of Injustice: Gods Among Us and want the counterpart that iOS has, keep your eyes peeled on Google Play this fall.
