The whole premise of the OUYA was that it was getting a few exclusive games. This is all in an effort to get people to actually buy a OUYA which we all know how that is going. However, recently a lot of exclusives have been coming out for the OUYA and they actually should make you think about getting one. The latest OUYA exclusive is Airtight Games newest game Soul Fjord which is coming out on January 28th.
Soul Fjord will be a free title with the typical in-app purchases. If you haven’t been following development of Soul Fjord it is being described as a rhythm based roguelike which sounds amazing. Even more awesome is that it combines Norse mythology and ’70s Funk music. This combines to form the main character Magnus Jones who is a Funk Viking who is tasked of saving the world from Ragnarok. All the music was composed by Austin Wintory who has done work on games like Journey and The Banner Saga. So if you have a OUYA or looking for a reason to get one check out Soul Fjord coming out later this month.
