The Angry Birds have been around since 2009 but Rovio has managed to keep gamers continually engaged in the franchise with a spin off in the form of Angry Birds Go! and a sequel Angry Birds Star Wars II.
Fans of the franchise don’t have to wait until fall for a new Angry Birds game in the form of Angry Birds Stella. Rovio has just released a video teaser for its next Angry Birds game calling it “ the most epic soft launch ever”.
The video shows off an impressive looking knight at arms whose head rolls off the shoulders with a seriously angry Red Bird inside it. The game will be soft launching in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand with other countries to follow later on.
There’s no further information available about the game, its title, genre, pricing, or launch dates. And until we hear further, you are free to speculate on what the game is all about and what is going to make this launch “epic”.
