Nowadays video games and movies are becoming more and more companions. Either full on side by side experiences or using short mobile apps to stir up hype for a new upcoming movie. Gravity: Don’t Let Go is the latter and the movie it is hyping up is simply called Gravity (starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney). The app, Gravity: Don’t Let Go, has you living out the tense moments the movie trailer presents and after that how life in space as an astronaut would be.
The trailer, for those of you haven’t seen it, feature a satellite on satellite collision sending an astronaut hurtling towards space trying to free themselves from the space debris. Gravity: Don’t Let Go plays out that moment right off the bat albeit with simple taps and swipes. From there, though, the game lets you explore the satellite and the zero gravity experience. Gravity: Don’t Let Go is free to download with no in-app purchases and while it is just a movie hype app from Warner Bros it has enough content to warrant a play through.
