Terry Cavanagh, maker of the frustratingly good Super Hexagon has ported the popular puzzle platformer VVVVVV to Android. The game has you exploring a space station to track down your missing astronaut crew.
Terry has managed to come up with a control scheme that is super responsive on the touchscreen. You use your thumb to move left and right and let go to stop moving. The game involves plenty of gravity flipping too. As you can see in the game trailer, you will be shunting between the floor and the ceiling while overcoming some major obstacles.
VVVVVV may have the silliest name you can pronounce, but it’s a well developed game with satisfying puzzles and timeless challenges that you won’t regret playing.
VVVVVV is available on the Play Store for $2.99.
