The general gameplay style of Deadend is that of an endless driver. So you’ll drive your car along a never ending road dodging obstacles and doing typical endless runner things.

In the game, you are tasked with the job of dashing off to a safe, zombie-free place using your trusty car, and for once you don’t have to follow the traffic rules.
