Let’s be honest! Haven’t you always wanted to be a highly skilled mercenary, championing your stealth and martial arts skills to kill some bad ass villains? Well, indulgence time is almost here. Dead Mage Games, the indie game studio of Garshasp: Temple of the Dragon (PC) fame are nearing the launch of their Ninja inspired action platformer called Shadow Blade.
The guys have just debuted their slick Shadow Blade teaser that shows the Ninja warrior doing what a Ninja does best; stealthily scale vertical walls, jump across dangerously sliding platforms, hack and slash enemies, double somersault to reach unbelievably high platforms and then some!
Shadow Blade will be a challenging side scrolling platformer with touch based controls and super cool Ninja weapons like the katana, shurikens and kusarigamas. Players will take on the role of young Kuro, who must learn from the last Ninja master to master the art of the Ninjutsu. Rewards will be conferred on the Ninja warriors based on their speed, skill and stealth points!
We still haven’t received official word on the release date, or on pricing, but now that the video trailer is out, it shouldn’t be too long before we find ourselves flexing our Ninja muscles!
