A couple of months ago we broke the story that Fox Studios was in talks with TinyCo to bring the much loved animated TV series Family Guy as a mobile game on Android. The developers appeared to have made good progress as the beta version of the game is now available on the Play Store in select countries for fans to check out.
Players will create a living Quahog and take their favorite Family Guy characters on fun and absurd adventures. There are plenty of quests for the characters although completing them in real time can be time consuming. Players will level up individually on completing their assignments but at the moment the game appears to be having a few chinks in indicating if the quests are finished.
Remember, the game is in open beta and there are likely to be performance issues at this stage. If you’re a big fan of the series and can’t wait to see what happens in the game, you can go ahead and download the BETA, which is available as a free download on the Play Store.
