Imagine this scenario. Your castle gates are being swarmed with the undead, orcs and goblins. The King is on his death bed so it is up to you to save the castle and defend the realm. This is the backstory of Heroes and Castles by FourSaken Media’s new game which interestingly enough blends 3rd person action with castle defense features and an overall strategic feel.
To start you choose your hero from a list and each one has different special abilities. Also these heroes can be upgraded to learn new skills and abilities. From there you can also summon huge armies to fight beside you such as Dwarves, Archers, Pikemen, Giants, Catapults, Mages and much more. Even better is you get to watch them battle in real time right beside you. As for the castle defense bit you can build towers, upgrade the walls, and build new buildings to give you special weaponry. The battles in Heroes and Castles are epic to say the least as everything is in great 3D and battles are in real time. Plus with all your armies and the enemy armies fighting the scale is just enormous. As of now Heroes and Castles is pretty fleshed out and well worth checking out but note that multiplayer is coming soon!
